Eligibility: The return and refund period is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery, items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received.  Please contact me for a return address, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Use a trackable shipping method. Once the item is received, I will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Customized items are not eligible for return.
